The present owners are Spanish and have been in situ for ten years.   Surrounded by holiday lets, residential apartments and just a hop from the Paseo, there is a mixture of clientele that brings trade all year round.   Serving coffees, baguettes and ice cream this really is an ideal place to work.   On the bar are a draught beer tap and a juicer to make fresh orange juice.   All equipment is included in the sale including a chiller, coffee machine, toaster, glass washer, fridge and a grill.   This really has to be seen to be appreciated!
