This is an excellent, well-equipped and busy bar, very close to the sea in Benalmádena, which has been trading for over five years with the same owners.   There is a very nice sunny terrace with sofas, cane tables and chairs and it’s a great place to watch the world go by on the busy beach.   There’s room enough for over forty customers to sit in comfort. Inside, the serving bar has a dark wood top and is L-shaped, with all the usual features you would expect.   There are flat screen TVs, large projector screen, ceiling fans and two WCs.   The galley kitchen is fully equipped to cope with the volume of food they achieve, especially Sunday lunches, and has microwaves, gas stove, oven, extractors, plancha and sinks.   As a bonus, the property has a garage, which is useful for storage if not a car!
