This is a top class and well known eating establishment, positioned in a great location, surrounded by shops, bars, restaurants and plenty of apartments nearby. It is a very modern looking place, with an excellent terrace that can seat almost forty and has brand new sign written toldos, side screens and exterior lighting. Inside, there is a very attractively shaped serving bar (that is fully loaded with quality fittings), plenty of natural light from the windows, large flat screen TV on the wall, full air-conditioning and two WCs. The general decor is fantastic and no expense was spared in decorating this place. Upstairs there are a couple of large rooms, one for the preparation of food and one for cooking. The equipment list is vast but includes ovens, stoves, microwaves, plancha, sinks, bread-making machine, freezers, racking for ingredients and a useful shower area for the staff. There is a large roof top terrace that, with some vision, could be made into a very interesting area. If you want to run a top quality establishment in a good area, look no further.
